These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the fe888 platform at fe888.club. By registering an account or using any fe888 service, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before playing.

2.1 To register and maintain an fe888 Account, you must:
2.2 Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended and Balances being forfeited pending investigation.
2.3 fe888 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing reasons.
2.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password. fe888 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account credentials.
3.1 fe888 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing any withdrawal. KYC verification may also be requested at any other time at fe888's discretion.

3.3 Withdrawal requests submitted by Accounts that have not completed KYC verification will be held pending until verification is approved. fe888 targets a KYC review turnaround of 24–48 hours following receipt of all required documents.
3.4 All KYC documents are stored using AES-256 encryption and processed solely for identity verification and regulatory compliance purposes. fe888 does not sell or share KYC documents with third parties except where legally required.
4.1 All Account Balances on fe888 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). fe888 does not apply currency conversion charges on PKR transactions.
4.2 Deposits: fe888 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, MCB), and debit card (Visa/Mastercard). Minimum deposit is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers. Deposits are credited upon confirmed receipt and are generally instant for mobile wallet channels.
4.3 Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit where technically possible. Minimum withdrawal is Rs 1,000. fe888 targets same-day processing for JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals and 1–2 business days for bank transfers, subject to KYC verification being complete.
4.4 fe888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to source of funds information, where required by applicable compliance procedures.
4.5 fe888 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposits must belong to the registered Account holder. Deposits received from unverified or mismatched sources will be returned and the Account may be suspended.
4.6 Deposits made to the Account constitute the Player's acceptance that those funds are being made available for Gaming Activity on fe888. fe888 does not hold deposits as a financial institution and PKR balances are not interest-bearing.
5.1 All bets placed on fe888 are final once confirmed. fe888 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets except where an obvious technical error has occurred and is acknowledged by fe888.
5.2 fe888 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: system or software errors, feed or data provider errors, collusion, or where the integrity of a sporting event is in question.
5.3 The maximum payout on any single bet or gaming session is subject to limits published on the applicable game or market page. fe888 is not obligated to pay winnings in excess of published maximum payout limits.
5.4 All casino games on fe888 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for non-live game formats. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are provided by game providers and fe888 does not modify these figures.
5.5 In the event of a disconnection during an active live casino session or sports bet, fe888's server-side records of the session state shall be treated as definitive. Where a disconnect prevents a bet from being placed, no wager is recorded. Where a bet has already been confirmed server-side, it stands.
6.1 fe888 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, or other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotion. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for the relevant promotion only.
6.2 Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
6.3 fe888 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time. Promotions are intended for recreational Players and fe888 may decline to offer promotions to Players identified as professional or advantage bettors at its sole discretion.
6.4 Abuse of promotions — including creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated betting to exploit promotion terms, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion — will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, Account suspension, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
7.1 fe888 may suspend or close an Account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
7.2 A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting fe888 support. Any remaining verified Balance (net of any Bonus Funds not satisfying wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following standard processing timelines.
7.3 Accounts closed following a self-exclusion request are subject to the self-exclusion terms set out in Section 9. Re-registration during an active exclusion period is prohibited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on fe888 and will result in Account suspension and potential legal action:
9.1 fe888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Players are encouraged to set deposit limits, session time reminders, and wagering limits from within their Account settings.
9.2 Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from fe888 may request a self-exclusion period (minimum 6 months) by contacting fe888 support. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be suspended and the Player will not receive marketing communications from fe888. fe888 will take reasonable steps to honour the exclusion but cannot guarantee prevention of access if the Player creates a new Account using different details.
9.3 18+ fe888 is strictly for adults. Players must be aged 18 or older. fe888 employs age verification procedures including CNIC-based KYC. Any Account found to be held by or accessible to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and any Balance forfeited.
9.4 Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use the tools available in the fe888 responsible gaming section and to seek independent support. Details are available on the Responsible Gaming page.
10.1 All content on the fe888 Platform — including software, game content, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and database rights — is owned by or licensed to fe888. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any fe888 intellectual property.
10.2 You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or otherwise make available any part of the fe888 Platform or its content without prior written consent from fe888.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fe888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or third-party payment processing delays.
11.2 fe888's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 fe888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. Players are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on devices used to access fe888.
12.1 These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of fe888 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. fe888 operates under international gaming regulatory standards and all games are independently certified for fairness.
12.2 In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, transaction, or Account action, you must contact fe888 support in the first instance. fe888 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 10 business days. The decision of fe888's compliance team on matters of game outcome integrity and bonus abuse is final and binding.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through fe888's internal process, the matter may be referred to the applicable independent dispute resolution body. fe888 will cooperate fully with any such process.
13.1 fe888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before taking effect.
13.2 Continued use of the fe888 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.
